Loved the modern vibe and spacious room, plus being smack dab in the city made it easy to get around. The clean and updated areas were a real treat, and that lovely morning server was just the cherry on top. 🍒 Unfortunately, our room could have used a bit more attention to detail with some dusty corners and scuffed walls, but didn't put a damper on the overall enjoyable stay.

While Hotel Barcelona Catedral has a great location and pool, the smell in our room was unpleasant and the air con was lacking. Despite the hiccups, the historic center setting was charming, with a lovely breakfast and a complimentary Gothic tour. Overall, a stylish choice for exploring Barcelona.

The only downside was the slightly inconvenient access to the front door, but overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

Upon my stay, I was amazed by the exquisite gastronomic offer at the restaurant. The creative Mediterranean cuisine served at the 4 Capellans restaurant was a culinary masterpiece. I felt as if I was taken on a journey through the flavors of Barcelona, with each dish a delightful surprise, leaving my taste buds dancing with joy.

Easy access to attractions. Only minor downsides were limited dinner options and occasional noise. Will definitely return.

As youngsters, we loved the fantastic location, close to everything, with great Tapas bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hot shower and delicious breakfast were also highlights.

Located in a prime spot, right in front of a historical cathedral and a beautiful square bustling with activity, this hotel places you right in the heart of everything. You won't have to travel far to find good food and drink in the gothic centre of the city. For instance, the Chocolate Box shop is just a short walk away. The spacious and clean rooms come with comfortable beds and a great view of the city.

Our executive room was luxurious and had everything we needed for a city break. The complimentary cheese and wine at 5pm was a nice touch. we had a very pleasant stay at this perfectly located hotel just steps away from Catedral Square. We would recommend it.

That the rooms were not soundproofed. I could hear noises from outside, such as rubbish carts and people talking.
